As a furniture retailer with over 40 years of experience and 5 locations in the Southern Florida area, Matter Brothers Furniture has built a reputation on its extraordinary selection of top name brands at prices that fit their customers’ lifestyle. Inspired by family values and coastal lifestyle, they have experienced significant growth over the years with sales exceeding $60 million, however, with increased competition and the change in buyer behavior they felt their current brand position was not communicating the values of quality and style that they offered.
We started out by performing in-depth research, that included that included over 20 one-on-one interviews with employees and stakeholders as well as a 10 question customer survey. Our team of strategists and creatives created an overall brand strategy for Matter Brothers, defining the brands mission, values, pillars and position in the market. Once the brand strategy was solidified, we developed an over-arching campaign strategy, which led into creating the visual direction for the brand–recreating all key pieces of collateral: table-tops, door/window signage, full, half and quarter page print adverts, direct mailers, product tags, and more.
